Through daily classes, meditation, guided hikes, spa treatments, and one‑to‑one nutritional and fitness guidance, our mission is to help guests unwind, reset, and achieve Shanti—inner peace—through a genuine and inspiring holistic experience.Your MissionAs Reception Team Leader, you will be a key point of contact for the Shanti‑Som experience, leading by example at the front desk and ensuring a warm, intuitive, and professional guest journey from arrival to departure.
