The role requires a highly autonomous professional with a strong functional orientation, capable of understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements for the development team, and ensuring the correct functional validation of the implemented solutions.
Candidates must be based in Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, or Portugal .
Responsibilities
Analyse and define functional requirements.
Work directly with business users based in the USA.
Define and refine tasks and requirements for the development team.
Support the technical team throughout the implementation process.
Perform functional validation of completed developments.
Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve functional questions and clarify business needs.
Coordinate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
More than 4 years of experience performing functional analysis responsibilities within technology projects.
Knowledge of Market Risk , including:
Stress Testing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to define and structure business requirements.
Experience working closely with software development teams.
C1 level of English , required for direct communication with users in the USA.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an autonomous and functionally oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that business needs are correctly understood, developed, and validated.
Working conditions
100% remote
Location: candidates must be based in Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, or Portugal .
International project environment.
Regular interaction with business users located in the USA.
