Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will take strategic ownership of high-impact initiatives, guiding both clients and other team members through complex technical challenges. You will lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, while driving innovation and adoption of best practices across the organization. Serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor, sharing expertise through workshops, training, and documentation. Provide high‑level technical consultancy and advice to improve performance and adoption. Collaborate with product, technical support and development teams on new products or solutions. Provide senior‑level guidance on troubleshooting complex issues. Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree. ~ Strong knowledge of web technology with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and one or more coding languages (e.g., Python, NodeJS). Understanding of digital marketing concepts. ~ Solid SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging. ~ Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct technical training. ~ Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects, prioritize, estimate, and deliver on schedule. ~ Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading workshops or knowledge‑sharing sessions. ~ Proven track record of independently delivering end‑to‑end complex projects. ~Eligible to work in Spain full‑time. ~ Criteo is a leader in commerce media, helping brands, agencies, and publishers create meaningful consumer connections through AI‑powered advertising solutions.
