What You'll Do: As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will take strategic ownership of high-impact initiatives, guiding both clients and other team members through complex technical challenges. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, while driving innovation and adoption of best practices across the organisation. You will mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their technical growth and helping them develop effective problem-solving and client-facing skills. Solutions Engineers cultivate expertise in one or many areas of the Criteo platform. They can build, plan and develop stopgap solutions for new and existing Criteo clients. With a client-facing and consultative approach, they act as trusted advisors, analysing client needs and providing tailored solutions that drive business impact. They ensure clients remain at the centre of every initiative, optimising their experience through technical excellence and strategic guidance. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical leadership and the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships across business functions. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and judgment, with responsibility for shaping technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives. The ideal candidate is an autonomous and strategic problem solver with a deep technical background and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions. They lead innovation by leveraging technologies to enhance Criteo's offerings, define clear technical direction, and produce high-quality functional and technical specifications that ensure long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability. What you´ll do Scale our product and solution portfolio: Develop in-depth specialized product and technical knowledge in one or more areas of the Criteo platform, acting as the Client`s and Criteo team's primary source of product knowledge for your areas of specialization Work closely with the other client solutions teams and the clients themselves to understand client business needs and identify opportunities in our current offer Serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, sharing expertise through workshops, training, and documentation. Define, own and execute strategic initiatives to enhance client impact and adoption of Criteo solutions, identifying opportunities beyond the current offering. Lead the implementation and rollout of new solutions and features, ensuring scalability and long-term client/business value. Provide high-level technical consultancy and advice on specific topics to improve the performance and adoption of our solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction Involvement in the scale of new products or solutions added to Criteo's portfolio by working closely with our clients,
