You will mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their technical growth and helping them develop effective problem‑solving and client‑facing skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth specialized product and technical knowledge in one or more areas of the Criteo platform, acting as the primary source of product knowledge.Work closely with client solutions teams and clients to understand business needs and identify opportunities in current offer.Serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor, sharing expertise through workshops, training, and documentation.Define, own and execute strategic initiatives to enhance client impact and adoption of Criteo solutions.Lead implementation and rollout of new solutions and features, ensuring scalability and long‑term value.Provide high‑level technical consultancy and advice to improve performance and adoption.Collaborate with product, technical support and development teams on new products or solutions.Stay on top of industry trends and proactively guide internal teams and clients toward innovative solutions.Lead the creation and refinement of internal tools, automated solutions, and prototypes to enhance efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teams.Provide senior‑level guidance on troubleshooting complex issues.Act as a subject‑matter expert and key reference for technical decisions.Support redefinition of daily processes to improve team efficiency.Gather, analyze and document needs and requirements to define clear functional and technical specifications.Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating comprehensive documentation.QualificationsComputer Engineering or Computer Science degree.Strong knowledge of web technology with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and one or more coding languages (e.g., Python, NodeJS). Understanding of digital marketing concepts.Solid SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct technical training.Experience in client‑facing interactions, explaining technical topics clearly and building trust.Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects, prioritize, estimate, and deliver on schedule.Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading workshops or knowledge‑sharing sessions.Proven track record of independently delivering end‑to‑end complex projects.6+ years of relevant experience.Eligible to work in Spain full‑time.Familiarity with AI tools is a valuable asset; ability to integrate AI into workflows.Who We AreCriteo is a leader in commerce media, helping brands, agencies, and publishers create meaningful consumer connections through AI‑powered advertising solutions.
