About Our ClientOur client is an innovative healthtech startup with offices in Madrid. They are focused on revolutionising patients' access to healthcare with new solutions that facilitate diagnostics for anyone, anywhere. To fulfil their mission, they partner with big pharmas and public healthcare systems worldwide. They operate in B2C and B2B channels and aim to boost their B2B division in coming years. They have received +15 awards and are in an accelerated growth phase.About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (B2B - Pharma) to report directly to the CEO. This individual will lead and manage the entire Business Development and Sales cycles, engaging proactively with potential B2B clients, developing proposals, and driving project and contract closures. The candidate should bring a highly consultative approach to sales and be able to uncover new opportunities across the market at a global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesMap the market constantly to identify new, potential clients.Conduct first outreach via cold calling, cold emailing, and/or attending industry events.Schedule discovery meetings to generate qualified leads.Develop proposals to win new business.Approach sales in a highly consultative manner and conduct business development with an analytical and creative mindset to uncover new opportunities.Collaborate closely with the CEO and teams such as Product and Marketing to achieve business goals.Adhere to agreed KPIs and metrics, tracking commercial efforts and results regularly.Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Key Requirements3–5 years of B2C/B2B sales experience within the Pharma & Life Sciences industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Biotechnology, or Health Sciences.Technical SkillsExperience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and/or ActiveCampaign.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Can-do attitude and team-player mindset.Ability to work autonomously with rigor and discipline.High motivation to hit business targets.Passion for the healthtech sector and for developing innovative commercial strategies.Analytical and creative mindset.Language RequirementsFluent in Spanish and English.Other languages such as French or German are a plus.What’s on OfferBase salary and annual bonus (negotiable based on experience).High exposure to key internal stakeholders.Real growth opportunities within a startup environment.Opportunity to join a young, dynamic team and network at a global scale.Collaborative, inclusive, and open-minded working environment.Opportunity to join an award-winning pioneer organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
