Mission The Global Social Commerce Strategist plays a critical role in shaping how SAMY defines, sells, and delivers Social Commerce solutions. This person combines strategic insight, platform fluency, and creative storytelling to guide business growth across global and local teams. Working closely with data, creative, and commercial leads, the strategist ensures every proposal, activation, and go‑to‑market strategy is grounded in insight, creativity, and measurable impact. Responsibilities Lead the strategic development of global and local Social Commerce proposals, shaping positioning, consumer insights, and activation frameworks. Partner with Creative, Data, and Growth teams to translate trends, behavioral insights, and platform dynamics into actionable ideas and client‑ready strategies. Analyze market trends, platform evolution, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for clients and SAMY’s service portfolio. Support and coach local strategy and creative teams to strengthen their ability to build winning proposals in the Social Commerce space. Build and maintain a global knowledge hub of insights, best practices, and case studies to scale excellence across markets. Develop clear methodologies for measuring campaign effectiveness and aligning creative ideas with conversion outcomes. Represent the Social Commerce strategy function in high‑stakes pitches, client workshops, and internal capability sessions. Contribute to global thought leadership and positioning by co‑developing POVs, trend reports, and insights narratives. Requirements 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy, creative strategy, or business planning roles within Social Commerce, digital, or integrated agencies. First‑hand experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or commerce‑enabled campaigns is a must. Background in developing Social Commerce frameworks, client proposals, or go‑to‑market strategies. Prior experience in platforms or agencies focused on creators, eCommerce, or influencer marketing. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Deep understanding of Social Commerce ecosystems, particularly TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and creator‑driven commerce. Proven experience turning insights and data into creative and commercial strategies that drive measurable growth. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of interpreting data from multiple sources to inform creative direction. Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, confident with senior stakeholders and clients. Skilled in research, consumer insight development, and competitive benchmarking. Fluent English at C1 level or above.
