Job details- Position: Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Spain)
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $140–$150/hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: ~10 hours
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to Spanish law questions using two AI (LLM) platforms .
- Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized rubric .
- Provide concise written feedback for each evaluation to enhance AI model performance .
- Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve evaluation processes.
- Primarily law-firm experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional practice.
- Qualified to practise in Spain , with a strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
- Native or fluent Spanish , with precise written communication.
- Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
- Confidentiality: all work is covered by NDA.
