We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solution Architect Deputy Lead (m/f/d) for our SAP environment. This role can be based anywhere in Europe and contracted in one of our European dependencies. It is a full-time position with functional leadership and high flexibility for global travel. Key Responsibilities: Oversee global SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align product development with business requirements. Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new or existing technology. Establish and manage Solution Architecture governance, structure, and processes. Research business requirements and document relationships between application system components. Translate business needs into application requirements. Cover scope for the S4Hana Program Northstar, including L2O, O2C, I2R, P2P, P2D, TnT, R2R, PLM, and sub-processes. Support defining process end-to-end capabilities, standardization, and harmonization. Ensure solutions address application, integration flows, interfaces, data flows, roles, and key design decisions. Lead and pre-validate Change Board inputs. Monitor and analyze change requests to address dependencies. Your Profile: University degree in business studies or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in leading teams and projects. Expert SAP knowledge and extensive experience as a Solution Architect in a SAP environment. Willingness to travel up to 40% globally.
