Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Swedish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria within the fast-paced social media industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most exciting jobs in Bulgaria, where your linguistic expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a safe and engaging online environment for millions of users worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines.
Investigate reported content and apply precise policy decisions to protect the digital ecosystem.
Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges within the social media landscape to improve safety protocols.
Collaborate with global teams to enhance the quality of safety operations for Swedish-speaking markets.
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while handling complex content escalations.
Provide insightful feedback to improve existing workflows and content moderation tools.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless relocation to our hub in Sofia.
Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our multinational team.
Genuine interest in social media industry dynamics and digital ethics.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, for this key Swedish-speaking job.
