Date: Jan 22, 2026Location: ES, Spain, Virtual, EUROPEStart your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamSales Executive focused on GetGoing (Remote/Hybrid)Full time, Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) or Spain (Remote)Our Sales Executive is responsible for leading the BCD Travel team's effort to obtain profitable, new national corporate travel accounts using sales and marketing techniques while coordinating available resources for our Benulux market. Through engaging with pre-qualified leads, you will seek to convert business opportunities in our small to mid-market segment, targeting accounts up to $3M in transactions or companies with employees.As a Sales Executive, youMaintain and increase revenues through new client acquisitionConvert pre-qualified leads to contracted accountsEnsure opportunity for client up‑selling engagementsUse and adhere to the sales process as outlined by sales managementIdentify competitive threats and emerging problems and offersEstablish and maintain relationships with key prospects and existing client decision-makers at all levels within the client organizationCoordinate all client pricing with pricing teamsUse company‑provided CRM to document and support all sales activitiesMaintain detailed records and document sales efforts and correspondence for reviewOversee the implementation of new business, working closely with implementation teams to ensure client expectations are achievedAbout YouStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and German are requiredSuccessful experience closing qualified leadsMotivated by a performance incentive planAbility and willingness to travel domesticallyExperience in remote sellingBusiness travel industry experience is preferredAbout UsWe’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
