You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Management with the regular review of structures and transactionsJob Specification: • Be the main point of contact in regard to tax matters and escalation• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders• Review investment opportunities and related tax analysis received from investment advisors• Review offering documents and fund documentation and ensure tax compliance• Perform assessments under DAC 6, CSSF 20/744 and general tax framework• Engage in the onboarding of new investment funds as a subject matter expert in the field of tax• Engage in regular research and reading on tax technical topics and draft internal technical notes• Actively monitor regulatory and tax changes affecting the business and clients and draft communication / give presentations where relevantProfile: • University degree Business Administration, Economics, International Tax or relevant professional qualifications are considered as a plus• A minimum of one year of working experience within the funds industry• Good knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry and International Tax• Excellent intellect with the ability to understand complex issues quickly, grasp new concepts and ideas rapidly• Fluent in English (knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset together with any other EU languages).  What you will get in return:   High Visibility & Impact : Be part of a growing organization where your contributions are recognized and valued.
