- Reports to CEO at HQ
- Leads administrative departments
- Communicates with Group Accounting and Group Controlling at HQ
Responsibilities, tasks and duties:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's financial and budgetary strategy.
- Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Supervise accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide financial analysis, projections, and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor production costs, profitability, and margin optimization per product line.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Support strategic projects such as investments, expansion, and new product lines.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and administration team.
The successful applicant (M/F/D):
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in
- the food or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (Spain and EU).
- Proven experience in cost control and budget management.
- Advanced user of Excel and ERP systems (sector specific ERP valued ).
- Professional level of English .
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and leadership skills.
