Nuestro proyecto: Atenea Atenea es un software de gestión logística inteligente (SGA) que conecta datos, operaciones y tecnología para ofrecer a los eCommerce una logística totalmente digitalizada, eficiente y visible en tiempo real. Atenea automatiza procesos, optimiza rutas, reduce tiempos y mejora la trazabilidad de los pedidos, convirtiéndose en el motor que permite a cientos de marcas crecer sin límites logísticos. Sobre el rol Buscamos un/a IT Intern proactivo/a y curioso/a, que quiera iniciarse en el mundo IT y crecer en un entorno real de trabajo. El/la Intern IT dará soporte en las gestiones diarias del departamento , colaborando en: Resolución de incidencias técnicas y soporte a usuarios. Mantenimiento de dispositivos y control de inventario. Organización de salas y equipos, apoyándose en herramientas MDM. Apoyo en la implementación y mejora de procesos internos. Revisión de reportes de Hexnode para prevenir problemas y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas. Gestión de altas y bajas de usuarios y verificación de backups locales. Comprobación física de activos en almacenes (principalmente WH20 , y puntualmente WH8, WH3, WH14 y WH16 ). Documentación de procedimientos y registro de incidencias en la base de conocimientos. Verificación básica de seguridad: contraseñas, bloqueo de pantalla y actualizaciones de sistemas y aplicaciones. En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de aprender cómo garantizar un rendimiento óptimo de los sistemas , mejorar la seguridad IT y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo de las aplicaciones y dispositivos de la empresa. ¿Qué valoramos? Estudiantes o recién graduados (0–1 año de experiencia) en IT, Seguridad o Programación (UPC o similar) . Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas , con buena capacidad de comunicación. Conocimientos en administración de sistemas IT , gestión e infraestructura de correo electrónico, aplicaciones y accesos de usuario. Interés o experiencia en gestión y respuesta ante incidencias .
