Estamos buscando un/a OmniStudio Technical Lead con experiencia Salesforce, para liderar el diseño y la ejecución de soluciones complejas en diferentes sectores. ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Experiencia demostrable trabajando con OmniStudio: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Calculation Matrices, Expression Sets, etc. Conocimiento sólido de Salesforce Core (Apex, LWC, Data Model, Integraciones). Experiencia aplicando Salesforce Industries en alguno de sus verticales (Financial Services, Public Sector Solutions, Education Cloud, etc.) Capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos, orientar arquitectura y asegurar buenas prácticas en el delivery. Visión técnica end-to-end y capacidad para traducir requerimientos funcionales en diseños robustos, escalables y alineados con los estándares de Salesforce. Experiencia coordinando con equipos funcionales, integraciones y arquitectura. Habituado/a a trabajar en entornos ágiles. ¿QUE HARAS EN TUI DÍA A DÍA? Liderar la solución técnica en proyectos Salesforce y Salesforce Industries. Definir arquitectura, patrones, estándares de desarrollo y estrategia de integración. Acompañar al equipo en el diseño y construcción de componentes OmniStudio. Realizar revisiones de diseño y código, garantizando calidad y consistencia técnica. Coordinarse con Product Owners, Arquitectura y stakeholders técnicos. Identificar riesgos, anticipar problemas y proponer soluciones. Aportar visión tecnológica en preventas, estimaciones y roadmap de proyectos. Deseable: Certificaciones de OmniStudio y Salesforce Industries. Experiencia previa en proyectos complejos de edcuación, energía, seguros, banca, sector público o salud. Conocimiento de entornos multi-cloud (Service, Sales, Experience, Data Cloud).
