Principal Environment Artist Barcelona based studio, European remote options available. AAA. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with your Lead and other departments to understand and implement the artistic vision and style of the game. Strong proficiency in stylized art creation and visual development. Help establish Art benchmarks where needed. Independently deliver work to a consistent artistic and technical quality. Experience with Nanite pipelines is a strong plus. Establish key assets for production such as modular kits, trim sheets etc. Ensure authored content is adhering to any defined structures and standards. Effectively communicate with other Art disciplines, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of assets into the project. Provide mentoring to support more junior members of the team. Experienced in level dressing and close collaboration with level design teams. About You Demonstrable experience working on a AAA title. Expert knowledge of industry‑standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Designer or Painter. Experience creating visually compelling assets and environments. Can work autonomously on tasks and be proactive in communicating with other disciplines. Experience working through the level creation pipeline. Why Anchor Point Studios?
