As a fast-growing startup that has already made an impact within less than a year in the market, we are building a talented team to scale our operations and drive our vision forward About the Role As a Founding GTM your goal is to drive our growth with large enterprise customers. You will work directly with the CEO to shape and execute our enterprise sales strategy from scratch. Beyond closing key deals, you will help lay the foundations of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and work closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to manage timelines and align expectations for prospective customers. This is not a pure hunting role. While you will engage new customers, the focus will be on developing strategic relationships, structuring repeatable processes, and ensuring smooth delivery for enterprise clients. Responsibilities Strategic Enterprise Sales: Own and execute end-to-end sales cycles with enterprise customers (banks, fintechs, and other regulated organizations), including executive presentations, demos, proposal creation, and negotiation of large contracts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to:Align on client expectations and project timelines. Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of AI solutions. Provide feedback from the market to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization. Revenue Operations & Process Building: Help define, implement, and maintain the first RevOps processes, including CRM hygiene, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and sales playbooks.
