The Mission We are looking for a Founding Sales Lead to take the torch from our CEO and professionalize our closing engine. You will be the primary driver of revenue, bridging the gap between our SDR team and our customer success function. This is not just about hitting a quota; it is about defining how we sell, refining our narrative, and shaping the future of our Go-To-Market strategy. What you'll do - Pipeline Strategy: You will collaborate closely with our A+ team of two SDRs. While they drive outbound volume, you will ensure quality, alignment, and strategic targeting (the right markets) to build a healthy, convertible pipeline. They call; you call with them. We believe strong leadership comes getting your hands dirty. - Pipeline Management: You are the ultimate owner of the funnel. You will maintain impeccable hygiene in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring we have accurate forecasting and data visibility to make smart business decisions. - Closing Deals: This is your core objective. You will become a product expert, guiding customers through their decision-making process efficiently without unnecessary friction. - Feedback Loop & Product Growth: You are the eyes and ears of the market. You will continuously improve our demo flow, revisit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and provide critical feedback to the Product team. You aren’t just a closing machine; you are a key architect of our growth. - Strategic Leadership: You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO, helping to shape our GTM strategy, pricing models, and sales playbooks. You'll excel if you have Must-haves: - Proven Experience: 3–5 years of personal (not team) quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS or Tech Sales. You have ideally built or structured sales processes from scratch in a previous role. - Mid-Market Expertise: You are comfortable selling deal sizes in the €10k–€30k range and understand the nuances of selling to mid-sized organizations. - Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern sales tools, specifically HubSpot and Google Suite. You know how to leverage automation to work smarter, not harder. - Ownership Mindset: You possess strong business acumen—you understand the “why” behind every sale. You are autonomous, decisive, and lead with confidence. - Communication: Native-level fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English is mandatory. Cultural Fit: - Solution-Oriented: You bring solutions, not problems. You are proactive in overcoming blockers. - Accountability: You create clarity rather than expecting others to create it for you. You understand that responsibility is the ability to respond, and accountability is the ownership of the (quantifiable) result. Nice-to-haves: - Experience in the Cybersecurity, Compliance, or InfoSec industry. - Previous experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series A). - Familiarity with selling AI-driven products.
