Oportunidad como HR Manager para EMEA en Sevilla.Responsabilidades:Supervisará el área de Administración de Personal.Liderará la implementación de procesos y procedimientos en la compañía para EMEA en las siguientes áreas:Reclutamiento y selección: Identificar, atraer y seleccionar candidatos adecuados para cubrir vacantes. Diseñar estrategias de reclutamiento, entrevistas y evaluaciones.Capacitación y desarrollo: Organizar programas de capacitación y desarrollo profesional para mejorar las habilidades de los empleados y fomentar su crecimiento dentro de la empresa.Gestión del desempeño: Implementar sistemas de evaluación del desempeño, establecer metas, realizar revisiones periódicas y ofrecer retroalimentación para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo.Compensación y beneficios: Administrar los paquetes salariales, bonificaciones y beneficios como seguros, planes de jubilación y tiempo libre remunerado. Asegurar que las políticas salariales sean competitivas y equitativas.Cumplimiento legal: Garantizar que la organización cumpla con las normativas laborales y de seguridad en el trabajo, incluidas las leyes sobre salarios, contratación, despidos, igualdad de oportunidades y otras normativas.Cultura organizacional y bienestar: Liderar la transformación cultural. Impregnar a la plantilla de los nuevos valores. Promover un ambiente de trabajo saludable y positivo, gestionar iniciativas de bienestar, diversidad e inclusión, y fomentar una cultura organizacional alineada con los valores de la empresa.Requisitos:Al menos 8 años de experiencia en un rol generalista de recursos humanos.Imprescindible aportar experiencia en el sector industrial. Profesional especializado/a en la definición e implementación de procesos y procedimientos en el área de recursos humanos.Sólidos conocimientos sobre cómo se gestiona una transformación cultural.Inglés C1.Disponibilidad para viajar.Experiencia en multinacional.Importante compañía de ámbito industrial ubicada en Sevilla.
