Job Title: HR Supervisor

At Carmona Hospital And Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for all positions within the hospital
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct, safety, and security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards
