Team description You will be part of the on-site property team as a Guest Services Advisor, reporting to the General Manager. Role overview The Guest Services Advisor is the primary contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience through excellent customer service. The role requires friendliness, professionalism, and resourcefulness, with a focus on communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include: Guest Relations: Greeting guests, assisting with check-in/out, handling inquiries and complaints, providing local information. Reservation Management: Managing reservations, modifications, cancellations, and coordinating with sales/marketing for special requests. Communication: Acting as the main contact during stay, coordinating with departments, assisting with bookings and recommendations. Administrative Duties: Maintaining guest records, processing payments, preparing reports. Quality Assurance: Inspecting guest areas, reporting issues. Feedback Collection: Gathering guest feedback and addressing concerns to improve service. Candidate requirements Experience in guest relations, front desk, customer service, or hospitality (1-2 years preferred). Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Friendly, approachable, guest-focused, with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, professional appearance, flexible working hours.
