The role will be responsible for the on‑boarding, coaching, training and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.What You’ll DoManage and coach a team of full‑cycle sales executivesSetting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectationsAssess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for managementReview the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improveBuild, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the regionWhat You HaveExperience managing an inside sales teamAble to build, supervise and coach multi‑faceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and resultsUnderstanding of the sales cycle for a Software‑as‑a‑Service subscription modelProven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within itTechnical aptitude and passion for the technology spaceTrack record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding themExcellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and culturesExperience in Hospitality tech a plus but not essentialStrong written and oral communication skills in German and English (full professional proficiency)Please send us your CV in EnglishOur Perks & BenefitsEquity packages for you to share in SiteMinder's growth and successesHybrid working model (3 days per week) in our Barcelona officeExcellence‑driven, collaborative and non‑hierarchical cultureMental health and well‑being initiativesPaid birthday, study and volunteering days off every yearFun quarterly social and team eventsEmployee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involvedDoes this job sound like you?
