We are building the BDR Graduate Program at osapiens — and we are looking for the best graduates in Europe. Not the loudest. The sharpest.

This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a high-ownership position at one of Europe’s fastest-growing sustainability tech companies — with a clear career path, an AI‑first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one. You will be responsible for our Maintenance solution (CMMS) , feel free to check out our CMMS website for a deeper understanding.

You will spend your first year in the BDR role — building pipeline, mastering senior outbound, and developing your AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant career opportunities within 18, 24, 36 months — into
