TUS PRINCIPALES RETOS SERÁN:

Como parte del equipo de Accounts, serás la persona responsable de:

  1. Seguimiento y fidelización de nuestros clientes.
  2. Asesoramiento integral sobre la estrategia de venta directa online de los establecimientos hoteleros.
  3. Maximizar los ingresos de los hoteles ante las oportunidades que ofrece el canal de venta directa.
  4. Análisis de los resultados obtenidos detectando posibles problemas o vías de mejora en su venta directa.
  5. Proponer soluciones y herramientas ajustadas a sus necesidades.
  6. Visitas de cortesía a nuestros clientes y asistencia a ferias del sector.
¿QUÉ TE HARÁ TRIUNFAR?
  1. Un año de experiencia en el sector hotelero en departamento de revenue y/o comercial.
  2. Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas.
  3. Conocimiento de herramientas tecnológicas de revenue management y de gestión hotelera (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, Motor de reservas, ...).
  4. Conocimiento de metabuscadores: Google Hotel ADS, Trivago, Tripadvisor, Kayak, etc.
  5. Habilidades comunicativas, ya que vas a trabajar en contacto directo con los clientes.
  6. Proactividad en la resolución de incidencias y la propuesta de soluciones.
  7. Disponibilidad para viajar. Visitas a clientes, asistencia a ferias, etc. serán parte de tu agenda.
  8. Inglés profesional (C1-C2). Paraty es una empresa internacional y con muchas de nuestras cuentas tendrás que comunicarte en inglés. Se valorará positivamente otro idioma.
  9. Conocimientos de marketing online, Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  10. Residir en la provincia de Málaga o estar abierto/a a un cambio de residencia, ya que la posición es presencial.
