FUNDACIÓN PARA LA INVESTIGACIÓN MÉDICA APLICADA seeks a predoctoral researcher to join the Renal Gene Therapy group for a project on engineering of AAV vectors for polycystic kidney disease. The role is funded as a four-year FPI fellowship.
The successful candidate will analyze genetic perturbations affecting autosomal dominant PKD using in vivo gene editing, AAVs, scRNA-seq and bioinformatic analysis under senior supervision.
