ABOUT THE ROLE Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global VP youll scale a world-class sales organization across Europe and cement Fever for Business as a strategic growth pillar for Fever as we charge toward becoming the #1 Live-Experiences-as-a-Service company for businesses and institutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Scale and lead a full-cycle Sales organisation hiring coaching and retaining top performers who consistently beat targets Set the GTM strategy forecast and deliver against quarterly revenue targets own pipeline generation efforts and rely on data-driven decision making Drive executive-level engagement with Fevers top prospects and customers to win new logos and expand existing customer engagements Institutionalise best-practice Sales methodologies across pipeline generation qualification and deal management in partnership with Enablement Strategy and Operations Partner cross-functionally with
