Previous HR experience in a video games studio. Experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools. Experience in mentoring and leading an HR team. Strong communication skills for cross-cultural communication. Knowledge of the AAA games industry ecosystem. Assessment of current HR policies and continuous improvement. Design and implement new HR policies in cooperation with senior leadership. Review and design new HR systems, tools, and processes. Ensure company compliance with HR regulations as well as internal and external counsel. Help implement performance review processes. Manage the HR department budget. Handle internal communications related to HR matters. 23 vacation days per year plus Christmas to New Year (office closed from December 24th to January 2nd). ~Flexible working hours and conditions, including work from home. ~ Private health insurance, including dental coverage. ~ Relocation package/assistance and visa support. #
