Head of Financial Planning Head of FP&A, Commercial Finance & Reporting Type: Full-time (Permanent or FTC) The Role Join us as a critical finance leader reporting to the CFO Europe. You will own end-to-end FP&A and commercial finance across Spain, France, Finland, Germany, and Italy. Your mission is to drive profitable growth through analytical rigour, standardised reporting, and hands‑on support for pricing and bid economics. Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance: Own pricing strategy, margin analysis, and project/bid evaluations. FP&A Leadership: Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning for Europe. Reporting: Deliver the monthly Business Performance Review (BPR) and maintain a consistent KPI framework. Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance partner for country leaders to drive value levers like productivity and mix. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts as the function scales. What We’re Looking For Experience: 10+ years in FP&A/Commercial Finance, ideally in multi‑country European environments. Sector Knowledge: Experience in project‑based, services, or PE‑backed organisations is a plus. Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI; ability to translate complex data into executive recommendations. Qualities: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong influencing skills in matrix environments.
