Importante Compañía Multinacional Farmacéutica de origen Italiano, en proceso de crecimiento.Detalles del clienteImportante Compañía Multinacional Farmacéutica de origen Italiano, en proceso de crecimiento.Descripción de la ofertaSus principales responsabilidades serán:Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con KOLs y médicos.Garantizar la participación de la empresa en conferencias, eventos y simposios científicos para promocionar los productos y reforzar la imagen científica de la empresa.Elaborar y actualizar material científico y técnico, incluidas fichas de productos, publicaciones científicas, poster de conferencias y presentaciones de actos.Garantizar que los contenidos sean precisos, estén actualizados y cumplan la normativa aplicable.Impartir formación científica al equipo, asegurándose de que son capaces de comunicar eficazmente las ventajas de los productos a los clientes.Respuesta a preguntas técnicas o científicas complejas, apoyo a las actividades de información médica y científica.Contribuir al desarrollo de la estrategia de posicionamiento de los productos, centrándose en la innovación científica y las necesidades del mercado.Colaborar con el equipo de Regulatory para garantizar que los productos se lancen y promocionen de acuerdo con las normas científicas más exigentes.Supervisar las tendencias científicas y clínicas, los competidores y las innovaciones del sector para identificar nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo o mejora de los productos.Analizar los datos del mercado y la información científica para optimizar la estrategia de producto.Perfil del candidatoEl perfil deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos:Licenciatura en carreras de Ciencias de la Salud o similares.Idealmente Máster en Marketing Farmacéutico o Post-Graduate Degree in Management (MBA).Al menos 4 años de experiencia en Marketing, preferentemente en productos de prescripción.Se valora muy positivamente experiencia como delegado/a de ventas.Experiencia en el manejo de Líderes de Opinión (KOLs).Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias de Marketing digital.Nivel avanzado del idioma Inglés y se valora conocimientos de Italiano.Disponibilidad para viajar.Oferta de empleoOportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional.
