Our people are at the heart of our success. About The Role And Our Team TKWW is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our team of data professionals supporting our Marketplace. The Lead Data Scientist will play a critical role in shaping data strategy, guiding experimentation, and driving impact through advanced analytics. They will partner with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders—to design experiments, develop analytical tools, and ensure we are making data‑driven decisions that deliver measurable results. As a trusted advisor and mentor, this person will both lead analyses directly and elevate the work of the broader team.
