Job Description
- Build credibility and trust quickly.
- With the Iberia CEO, Leadership Team, finance organisation, and regional and European stakeholders.
- Balance business proximity with the independence required of the finance function.
- Lead the transformation.
- Evolve the finance function and prepare the organisation for Fusion.
- Challenge existing processes, promote new ways of working, and manage change effectively.
- Deliver impact from the earliest stages of onboarding.
- Drive business partnering.
- Move from a predominantly control-oriented function to one that actively contributes to business decisions and development.

- Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing and operations experience.

- Large-scale organisational transformation experience.
- Exposure to ERP implementations and major technology transformations.
