We are seeking an Outbound Sales Rep to join our dynamic and international commercial team. This role operates primarily in English as the working language, collaborating with customers and partners from diverse regions who conduct their business in English. You will be engaging with companies across different markets, helping them identify the right solutions while representing a trusted leader in the industry. Tasks What You'll Do Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and research potential B2B clients who can benefit from AIDC solutions, such as inventory management, logistics, and warehouse automation. Outbound Sales Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate interest in AIDC technologies. Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Explain the features, benefits, and ROI of AIDC solutions to potential clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain managers, IT directors, and operations leaders. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical, and implementation teams to ensure customer needs are met. Meet Sales Targets: Execute outbound sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging AIDC technologies. Customer Feedback: Gather insights from prospects and clients to support product improvements and sales strategies. Requirements What You'll Need Some college training; BA degree preferred but not essential. Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
