Do you speak French? Are you looking for a 100% remote position to work from anywhere in Spain? If you like sales and customer service environments this is your offerWe are looking for French native speakers that want to start a new challenging and stable project with an international company.
What will you do?- You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
- Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it's done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
- French Native + good to have other European languages
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
- The agent should also have strong customer service skills, be used to working with targets and changes in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
- Salary of 20K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
- 100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain
