Desde Luxe Talent, consultoría internacional de selección y formación, buscamos para nuestro cliente un/a Senior Retail Sales & Operations Manager , que lidere la estrategia y las operaciones de la red de tiendas propias y franquiciadas. La persona seleccionada será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de ventas, asegurar la excelencia operativa y garantizar la coherencia en la ejecución de los estándares de marca en todos los puntos de venta, tanto directos como asociados. Job Description: Liderar la red de tiendas propias y franquiciadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y operativos. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de venta orientadas a la rentabilidad, el crecimiento sostenible y la excelencia en el punto de venta. Supervisar y acompañar a los equipos de dirección de tienda, potenciando su desarrollo, motivación y alineamiento con los valores de la marca. Garantizar la homogeneidad operativa mediante políticas, procedimientos y estándares de ejecución. Analizar resultados, KPIs y tendencias del mercado para definir planes de acción y optimizar la rentabilidad por tienda. Coordinar con áreas clave (Marketing, Producto, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising) para garantizar una experiencia de cliente coherente y diferencial. Impulsar proyectos de transformación digital y mejora continua en los procesos retail y omnicanales. Asegurar una gestión eficiente de inventarios, márgenes y recursos operativos. Brindar soporte estratégico a los franquiciados, garantizando coherencia de marca y rendimiento comercial. Liderar con visión estratégica, capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados en un entorno dinámico y en expansión. #J-18808-Ljbffr
