The Opportunity Influencing the way people interact with Adobe’s products every day, we offer a unique chance for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our EMEA team in Spain. You will engage cross‑functionally across Adobe to resolve complex employment matters, ensuring compliance, consistency and high employee engagement. What You’ll Do Provide consultation on disciplinary actions and involuntary terminations. Coach managers and employees on performance management. Advise managers on employee issues such as returning from long LOA, reintegration plans and wellbeing. Advises HRBPs and business on handling reorganizations from an employee‑resource perspective. Mediate conflicts among employees. Consult with employees when required (e.g., changes in terms and conditions of employment). Build constructive relationships with the Spain Works Council. Collaborate with the Works Council Lead (EMEA) to drive consistency across all EMEA Works Councils. Partner with the Employment Legal Department, CoEs and HRBPs to provide general consultation on employee relations and employment law topics. Participate in regional and international projects to scale outcomes and deliver high‑quality customer experiences. What You’ll Need To Succeed Expertise in Spanish employment law. Experience delivering guidance on involuntary terminations, performance management and investigations. Experience working with Works Councils. Data‑driven decision making and proactive action orientation. Demonstrable conflict‑management experience. Strong attention to detail; thorough documentation and analysis of ER issues. Sound judgment, problem‑solving skills and the ability to involve key stakeholders at the right time. Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus. Why Adobe?
