**Job Description**:
As an ER Manager, you are responsible for establishing and implementing all employee relations strategies and processes to secure the market’s ER implementation policies towards internal staff, external organizations and legal authorities in order to contribute to a satisfactory and motivating work environment and to minimize business risks.
On this journey we’re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer and as a ER Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. As a part of the HR Team you will oversee all ER policies and processes, ensure local HR and ER team’s support management by preventing and resolving problems involving employees which arise out of or affect work situations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the company is compliant with all local legislation regarding employee working conditions.
- Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies.
- Maintain relations with worker’s associations and Unions.
- Support management to handle and prevent employee issues.
- Being a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Actively work in line with our brand and our Values within all ER focus areas to achieve the business goals.

- You have a Spanish Law degree
- You have 5+ years’ experience within Employee Relations (preferably within retail).
- You have long-term vision combined with an action-oriented and hands-on approach.
- You have a strong understanding of our business strategy and the ability to support transformation and change agenda.
- You have previous experience in leading others within ER and the capacity to influence and support managers at all levels within the organization on Employee Relations issues.
- You communicate in an inspiring way and you have strong negotiation skills.
- You Deal with high-pressured situations.
- You Lead by example and with high integrity, as well as with vision.
- You are a strong team player with an open mind, and you have a flexible mindset.
- You are native Spanish and you have full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Portuguese is a plus.
