Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the company's mission and market opportunities. Global Expansion: Drive the internationalization of the company's offerings, establishing partnerships and entering new markets. Fundraising: Lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors. Team Building: Cultivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders, articulating the company's vision and progress. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. ? Candidate Profile Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position. Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling companies internationally and securing significant investment. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation. Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Education: Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
