Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Barcelona. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, organize meetings and communications, and prepare documents such as expense reports. Additionally, they will ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office by handling various executive and administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling for senior executives Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document preparation and correspondence management Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling software) Experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives is highly desirable
