Groupe Cahors is a major player in the management and development of global electricity and telecommunications networks and has been involved in the deployment of connected smart grids for 30 years.To contribute to our growth and support our customers in the energy transition, we are looking for an Sales Director Contract type :Permanent contractStart date :As soon as possibleLocation : Spain / Headquarters in FigueresResponsibilitiesOversee the commercial policy for Spain, Portugal and Southern America by setting overall and individual targets to maximise factory capacity and adapting it as necessaryEnsure that sales targets are met in each area of responsibility (geographical, customer base, product, range, service, etc.)Capture growing niche markets and implement a prescription policyAnalyse existing markets, the competition and the economic climate for products developed by the factoriesNegotiate contracts and monitor their implementationWork with the Purchasing Department to co-manage supplier / customer relationsWork with factory operations managers to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of deadlines, quality and close relationshipsWork with support functions to support the growth of the multidisciplinary sales teams' skills and act as a strong link between customers and factoriesWork with the Finance Department to ensure that margins, collections and sales indicators reflect the Group's international sales performanceProfileManager of sales teamsMarketing and prospecting techniquesKnowledge of electrical engineeringOffice and CRM IT toolsNegotiation and argumentation skillsStrong taste for challenge and competitionGood written and oral communication skillsBilingual in English (professional level); other languages would be a significant plus in our international GroupRecruitment ProcessPre-selection interview by telephone with the careers officerA Teams meeting with the HR DirectorA face-to-face meeting with the HR Director and the CEO#J-18808-Ljbffr
