Buscamos un Business Development Manager para nuestra filial en Barcelona.

Como Business Development Manager, tu misión será asegurar la comercialización de nuestra gama de productos en el mercado Español, un mercado maduro con grandes oportunidades de desarrollo.

El/la candidato/a ideal debe tener fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, así como un conocimiento amplio en el sector de la nutrición animal.

Responsabilidades:
  • Análizar los mercados para determinar oportunidades de desarrollo de ventas para Phosphea (competidores, entorno económico y político, precios, vigilancia sanitaria y reglamentaria).
  • Prospección y adquisición de nuevas cuentas de clientes de acuerdo con las prioridades definidas en la política de ventas (identificar y contactar con los representantes clave dentro de los mercados, identificar sus necesidades y presentar la línea de productos Phosphea).
  • Seguimiento de la cartera actual de clientes (visitar clientes, asesorar a los clientes en función de sus necesidades específicas, brindando soluciones técnicas y personalizadas, conseguir la lealtad del cliente garantizando su satisfacción).
Logística:
  • Identificar soluciones logísticas que estén adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente;
  • Seguimiento de pedidos desde la etapa de negociación hasta la recepción del pago;
  • Control de los costes logísticos.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B en el sector de la nutrición animal o afines.
  • Conocimiento técnico en nutrición animal.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio nacional.
  • El conocimiento del área geográfica asignada es una ventaja.
  • Se valorará el conocimiento de Inglés o Francés.
