We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to cover a maternity leave in a temporary position to be part of our international and collaborative HR team.Do you have knowledge about Payroll, Social Security and Onboarding Processes and experience in HR administration and operations, covering the whole employee lifecycle? Please apply now with your CV in English.What You Will Do Payroll processing (including financial reporting) using SAP HCM and SAP Success FactorsComplete management of our onboarding process (including GWD) and Legal Entity changesTicketing Handling Tool to solve employees' requests and issuesHealth Insurance Management and Novations for childcare and transportation ticketsManaging the teleworking agreementsManaging multiple and different HR administrative tasks, from basic to more complexWhat You Bring Studies related with HR, labour law or Business AdministrationExperience in HR administration, payroll or compensation team and extensive Social Security management experience (new hires and employee departures, contract changes, employee modifications, etc.)Previous experience working with HR software.
