HR Operations Specialist (Temporary) Madrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 7585 We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to cover a maternity leave in a temporary position to be part of our international and collaborative HR team.Do you have knowledge about Payroll, Social Security and Onboarding Processes and experience in HR administration and operations, covering the whole employee lifecycle?Are you looking for a new professional challenge and would like to work in an international company in the financial sector? What You Will Do Payroll processing (including financial reporting) using SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors Complete management of our onboarding process (included GWD) and Legal Entity changes Ticketing Handling Tool to solve employees'requests and issues Health Insurance Management and Novations for childcare and transportation tickets Managing of the teleworking agreements Managing multiple and different HR administrative tasks, from basic to more complex What You Bring Studies related with HR, labour law or Business Administration Experience in HR administration, payroll or compensation team and extensive Social Security management experience (New hires and employee departures, contract changes, employee modifications, etc.) Previous experience working with HR softwares.
