Organization - Sarena de Muro Resort MallorcaSarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic F&B Pool Manager. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating daily pool restaurant management operationsMaintain high standards of high-quality controlOversee smooth operations in all areas, including the pool kitchen and bar areasDeliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customersDelegate responsibilities and supervise business operationsSupport in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to pool customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunitiesResolving conflicts or complaints from pool and bar customers and employeesMonitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisionsSupport Operations Managers to manage procurement/purchasing, vendor relationsProvide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports)Support Operations Managers to establish and achieve business and profit objectives – Financial responsibility of the restaurantEnsure staff members follow company policies and proceduresOperating equipment responsibilityOther duties to ensure the overall health and success of the businessQualificationsProven Leadership skills.Proven Food and Beverage management experience (Restaurant management)Preferred F&B school diploma or degree in service management or related fieldMinimum 2 years in a Management/Assistant Management positionUp to date with F&B trends and best practicesKnowledge of bartending would be an assetCommunication, leadership skills, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsCommitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff membersWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently - conflict resolutionGuest-oriented and service-mindedAbility to handle a fast-paced work environmentFluent in English and other languagesIf you’re ready to take your career to new heights and be part of something truly special, we want to hear from you Join us at Sarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by HyattApply today and start your journey with usSarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt is an equal opportunity employer.
