At Xerox, we make work, work.Learn more about us at Management SpecialistWorking Pattern: Full Time, PermanentSummaryThe Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and supporting a smooth order-to-cash process. The main objective of this role is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for order management activity. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and in-country teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLA’s and TargetsInput and process orders and returns with 100% accuracyReview and validate orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and required documentationMaintain and update the customer details, order notes, billing/shipping information; generate basic reports as neededsegn түрлі To ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines encompassing ethical and financial rules.Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automationQualifications1-3 years in order entry activity or customer serviceGood communication and multitasking skillsFluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.Results / Target drivenTeam PlayerAbility to work on own initiativeAdaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patternsFamiliar with SAP or others CRM/ERP systemsSelf-motivated and willing to learn new skillsComputer literateWhat we offerFull-time contractCompetitive salary and bonus scheme#LI-AI1#LI-HYBRID#J-18808-Ljbffr
