Sponsorship and business development manager Description Do you have experience in negotiating agreements and customer loyalty in business environments? Are you passionate about the gastronomy and training sector? Then this project is for youAt the Basque Culinary Center we are looking for someone with your profile to lead the development of our ecosystem of partner companies. You will be key in creating new strategic alliances and strengthening relationships with companies that share our passion for gastronomy.In your day-to-day work...You will analyze the market and detect new business opportunities.You will serve and manage companies interested in joining the BCC ecosystem.You will design service proposals in collaboration with the different business units.You will negotiate the activation and execution of agreements with clients.You will build strong long-term relationships with customers.Requirements Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?You have a University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or related areas.You bring at least 5 years of experience negotiating agreements.You stand out for your communication and interpersonal skills.You are an achievement-oriented person.You are fluent in Basque, Spanish and English.You manage your time with planning and autonomy, executing tasks efficiently.You are available to travel and have your own vehicle.It will be a plus if:You have a Master's degree in Marketing, Sales or related areas.You have worked in the gastronomy sector, HORECA or Food Industry.You have experience working in the sponsorship world.You define yourself as flexible and able to adapt to diverse contexts.What do we offer you at Basque Culinary Center?To be part of a pioneering project in constant growth, with gastronomy as a driving force for innovation.Permanent full-time contract.A trusting environment with independence and flexibility at work.Possibility of telecommuting.A work environment based on caring for people and teamwork.We promote an inclusive environment.
