Descripción We are looking for a talented UX/Visual Designer to join our Data & Insight department on a part-time basis. This role will play a key part in defining and elevating the visual communication standards of our dashboards, presentations, and internal data products. Working closely with analysts and data engineers, you will help ensure that our insights are communicated clearly, consistently, and in line with our corporate identity. This is an ideal role for someone with strong design skills, a passion for data visualization, and the ability to translate data into engaging visual experiences. Requisitos Conocimientos requeridos imprescindibles Required Skills & Experience 3years+ Proven experience as a UX Designer, Visual Designer, UI Designer, or similar in data-focused or B2B environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with branding, dashboards, and data visualization . Experience designing for analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality visuals in a part-time/flexible setup. Conocimientos deseados: Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Standards Develop a visual design guideline for dashboards and data products across the department. Adapt and refine the corporate brand identity for use in analytics and reporting tools ( Power BI). Create and maintain a component library (colour palettes, typography, layout grids, iconography) for consistent use across all insights outputs. Dashboard & Data Visualization Support Collaborate with analysts to improve user experience and UI of dashboards and analytical apps. Provide feedback and wireframes/mockups to elevate clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal. Ensure dashboards meet accessibility and UX best practices. Communications & Media Design internal newsletters showcasing insights and departmental updates. Support the team with presentation templates , graphics, and storytelling frameworks. Create on-brand visual assets (diagrams, infographics, charts) for internal and external communication. Ventajas Hybrid work model Salary between €28,000–€30,000 gross per year Location: Barcelona
