We help software and service providers build their brand, capture demand, and understand their market. What we’re looking for We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our UX & Design team. The ideal candidate is a creative designer who balances empathy with data‑driven decision‑making, and who can turn strategic direction into engaging products and experiences. This hands‑on role is focused on product discovery, design, and development. Responsibilities Execute all design stages—from concept to final hand‑off to Frontend Engineering—while maintaining visual consistency and alignment with our design standards. Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and test‑ready prototypes. Advance the product’s visual and interaction design, working closely with the design lead and manager. Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure scalability and coherence across products. Track and measure the impact of design decisions, iterating on existing experiences and identifying opportunities for new ones. Qualifications 3–4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your work. Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end design process for digital products. Expertise in Figma and experience with design systems. Strong interaction and visual design skills, including motion or illustration experience preferred. Experience writing UX/UI development handoffs and familiarity with agile sprint planning. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
