Your Mission We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital spaces, online integrity, and user safety.As part of a collaborative team, you'll help maintain a healthy and secure online environment for users across the globe. Key Responsibilities Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines Detect, assess, and manage inappropriate or harmful materials Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols Document and escalate edge cases as necessary What We Are Looking For C2 level in German and strong English communication skills Passion for social media and digital communities Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-spirited Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centres is a plus Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory) Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts) What Is Offered Hybrid working model from our modern Barcelona office, located near Glòries shopping centre Fixed working schedule with either morning shift or afternoon shift Wellness programmes and discounts on private health insurance Free coffee and fresh fruit daily in the office Paid training and ongoing coaching to support your development Collaborative and supportive team environment An inclusive workplace with a mission to protect the digital world Note: This position does not include a relocation package.
