Your Mission We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital spaces, online integrity, and user safety.As part of a collaborative team, you'll help maintain a healthy and secure online environment for users across the globe. Key Responsibilities Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelinesDetect, assess, and manage inappropriate or harmful materialsWork closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrityContribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocolsDocument and escalate edge cases as necessary What We Are Looking For C2 level in German and strong English communication skillsPassion for social media and digital communitiesProactive, goal-oriented, and team-spiritedExperience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centres is a plusCompleted secondary education or higher (mandatory)Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts) What Is Offered Hybrid working model from our modern Barcelona office, located near Glòries shopping centreFixed working schedule with either morning shift or afternoon shiftWellness programmes and discounts on private health insuranceFree coffee and fresh fruit daily in the officePaid training and ongoing coaching to support your developmentCollaborative and supportive team environmentAn inclusive workplace with a mission to protect the digital world Note: This position does not include a relocation package.
