As part of our international growth, we are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen our technical support and spare parts service, including specifically the German-speaking markets.¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad? Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.This role is key to ensuring a high-level and consistent After-Sales Service , working closely with dealers and internal teams. We are looking for a highly organised and solution-oriented person with good technical bike knowledge and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical After-Sales Service support , specifically German-speaking dealers, customers and sales representatives.Manage and coordinate warranty cases, technical incidents, spare parts requests, repairs and returns .Maintain and improve After-Sales Service processes and protocols globally , ensuring consistency and efficiency.Support and train technical teams in international markets when required and help dealers with product troubleshooting.Ensure accurate follow-up of cases through our internal tools ( ERP / B2B platforms ).Coordinate internally with logistics, product, quality and sales teams to ensure fast and professional solutions.Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up to ensure excellent service and response times.Profile RequirementsNative German or very high German level mandatory.Basic level of English and Spanish.Proven experience in a similar role within the cycling industry (after-sales, workshop, spare parts or technical support).Technical knowledge of bikes: MTB, Road and E-bikes , components and mechanics.Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented profile with strong customer service skills.Comfortable working with digital platforms ( ERP, B2B tools ).Communicative, solution-oriented, proactive and results-driven profile.Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently.Other languages are a plus.What We OfferOn-site position at Megamo headquarters in Girona with working hours Monday to Thursday 09:00–14:00 / 15:00–18:00 and Friday 08:00–15:00.A key role in an international company in strong expansion.Join a young, dynamic and passionate team in the cycling world.Stable position with growth opportunities and involvement in strategic projects.Competitive working conditions.Ready to join Megamo and be part of a young, ambitious and passionate cycling team?
